Il candidato ideale ha una solida esperienza internazionale nello sviluppo di strategie e campagne integrate, unendo visione strategica, capacità analitiche e sensibilità creativa. Utilizzare le corrette analisi di marketing e gli strumenti dedicati per definire il posizionamento di marketing/comunicazione/creatività di brand e prodotti
Sviluppare progetti di ricerca ad hoc
Lavorare con il cliente per definire obiettivi e priorità sui brand globali
Redigere brief creativi ispirazionali o contribuire alla loro stesura con input e orientamenti strategici
Presentare il brief al team creativo; Progettare strategie di comunicazione pensate per generare cambiamento nei comportamenti e rilevanza culturale
Almeno 7-10 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di campagne ATL, BTL, Digital e Social in agenzie internazionali e/o su brand globali
Familiarità sia con la brand planning sia con approcci di progettazione centrati sull’utente (consumer journey, experience planning)
Interesse personale e buona conoscenza del settore automotive
Ottima comprensione del mondo social e delle tecnologie digitali; passione per la comunicazione online e per i trend emergenti nel panorama digitale
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze in ambienti creativi dinamici
Naturale propensione all’organizzazione e alla gestione delle scadenze senza stress
Solida capacità di problem solving creativo, sia a livello concettuale (visione strategica) sia pratico (gestione operativa e di pianificazione)
Approccio ottimista, energico, dinamico e flessibile
Language Skills

Inglese - fluente o madrelingua
Italiano - fluente o madrelingua
