Overview In this role you will drive the execution of complex EPC projects for energy storage systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors and customers from award to handover. You will own schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project performance while navigating international interfaces. You'll lead multidisciplinary interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, mitigating risks and driving on-time delivery. This position offers impact at scale in a dynamic, international environment. Responsabilità Manage projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover Own project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall performance Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities Manage contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders in an international environment Monitor progress, identify risks/deviations and implement mitigations Manage contractual and commercial interfaces, changes and claims with relevant functions Lead project meetings and provide timely reporting to management and stakeholders Support and oversee site activities during construction and commissioning Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects in energy, power generation, oil & gas, renewables, industrial plants or complex infrastructure Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex projects Strong project management skills including cost, schedule, risk and contract management Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, contractors and suppliers Fluent professional English Willingness to travel internationally and spend time on project sites leadership communication stakeholder management EPC/EPCM project delivery cost management schedule management
