With over a decade of experience in this space it has built a robust product matrix an ecosystem of hundreds of millions of active users and a mature tech system (including adaptive learning algorithms and real-time data analysis) to ensure service quality and user retention.To accelerate its global expansion especially in EU/US markets it is now seeking a Mobile App Visual Marketing Designer to bring in a creative professional to support the visual marketing campaigns of its AI-powered mobile apps.ResponsibilitiesHire new sales officers for the sales team and train all sales team members.Create engaging and eye-catching videos for global marketing campaigns of AI-powered mobile apps.Translate key marketing initiatives into high-quality consumer-facing visual assets and videos.Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative concepts for marketing visuals.Partner with other designers to develop cutting-edge dynamic visual content for app promotion.Apply strong industry understanding and business sense to ensure designs align with marketing goals.Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently while maintaining design quality and delivery timelines.RequirementsBachelor degree or above in Graphic Design Animation Film making or related fields.1 year of work experience in motion graphics design for well-known AI-driven or utility mobile app companies based in Italy (especially Video and Photo Productivity or Creativity apps).Proficient in design tools including Final Cut Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.Flexible in exploring multiple problem-solving approaches to deliver diverse creative solutions.Sharp eye for animation details and visual aesthetics to ensure high-standard marketing assets.Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.Key SkillsGraphic DesignCSSAdobe After EffectsInVisionHTML5Visual DesignAdobe Creative SuiteDesign ThinkingAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorSketchAdobe IndesignEmployment TypeFull TimeExperienceyearsVacancy1
