We're Hiring: Technical Service Specialist (Junior) – Italy Jinko Solar is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior) to join our team in Italy. This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company. About the Role As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between Jinko Solar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, coordinating after-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the Italian market. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and project discussions Visit clients and project sites to assess technical needs and requirements Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product explanations, and solution proposals Answer customer technical inquiries and provide related technical documentation Coordinate after-sales activities to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners Support the organization of technical trainings in coordination with the Sales team -Represent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and distributor events Must have: Degree in Engineering Preferable experience in technical support, technical service, or customer-facing technical roles Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian Mother tongue Willingness to travel within Italy Why Join Jinko Solar?
