Overview As the Marketing & Communication Legal Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal partner to the Marketing & Communication Department globally, supporting fashion shows, campaigns and talent relations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will draft and review contracts, provide strategic legal guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance across activities. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence how marketing and creativity align within a leading fashion house. Retribuzione / Benefits smart working arrangements meal vouchers benefits under CCNL Tessile Industria Draft and review contracts for marketing/communication services, including collaborations, cobranding, fashion shows, ad campaigns, lookbooks and events; Provide ongoing legal support to the Marketing & Communication Department as a business partner Conduct legal research on doctrine and jurisprudence to advise on compliance and regulatory matters in marketing/communication At least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally in fashion, luxury or media, in a law firm or in-house Experience in Marketing & Communication is a strong plus Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus works well under pressure contract drafting and review legal research compliance and regulatory advisory
