Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include: collaborating with customers to uncover business needs and technical requirements, crafting tailored resiliency solutions, and presenting the business and technical benefits of our solutions to decision‐makers.
You will work closely with Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers in high‐level business/IT discussions, develop cost models, lead deals to profitability, and facilitate smooth engagement hand‐over. Your technical expertise will shine through presenting solution documents and standardizing go‐to‐market pitches across industries.
5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Resiliency Architecture, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), DR Testing, High Availability Design, Cyber Resiliency Strategies, Resiliency Orchestration, and Automation.
Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.
Understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems.
Experience supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development.
