ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of individual satellite missions and constellation programs, from initial concept through development, AIT, launch, deployment, and operation.Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and external partners to define mission/program objectives, requirements, and milestones.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against goals to ensure on‐time and on‐budget delivery of programs.Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to address technical, operational, and external challenges.Oversee mission and program documentation, including requirements specifications, technical designs, test plans, and post‐mission reports both internally and to customers.Serve as the primary point of contact for mission‐related inquiries, providing timely updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of experience with managing complex deep tech projects/programsExperience with complex project managementExcellent Italian and English speaking/writing skillsEU citizenshipPersonal skillsLeader mentalityCritical thinking and problem‐solving mindsetQuick learner, proactive, self‐starterExcellent communication skillsPositive attitudePassion about spaceWhy EnduroSat?
