Hiring: DJI Agricultural Drone Sales & Service Engineer (SE) We are looking for a DJI Agricultural Drone Sales & Service Engineer with strong agricultural knowledge and exceptional training capability to support our fast-growing agri-tech business. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support, on-site demos, and after-sales service for DJI Agras drones. Lead customer training programs on drone operation, flight safety, spraying/spreading workflows, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. Develop training materials (manuals, videos, SOPs) and continuously improve training quality based on customer needs. Support the sales team with technical consultations, field trials, and product demonstrations. Diagnose and troubleshoot UAV hardware/software issues and prepare clear technical documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agricultural Engineering , or related field. Hands-on experience with DJI agricultural drones is highly preferred. Solid understanding of crop production, plant protection, and pesticide/fertilizer application practices. Strong training/teaching skills — able to design, organize, and deliver structured training sessions for users with different skill levels. Excellent English communication skills , confident in presenting and instructing. Willingness to travel frequently for training and field support. UAV pilot license is a strong plus.
