RICERCA: Responsabile Operativo CER/GSE - Comunità energetiche - FULL REMOTEMEOGROUP è una società di consulenza in forte crescita, con un fatturato di 110M€ nel 2024 e oltre 1.000 collaboratori distribuiti in 9 paesi. Dal 2005 accompagna i suoi clienti nella gestione dei progetti e nei processi di trasformazione. Veri e propri intermediari operativi tra i comitati direttivi e le diverse funzioni tecniche, i nostri consulenti supportano aziende e istituzioni nella traduzione delle decisioni strategiche in piani d'azione operativi.Per un'importante iniziativa nel settore energia rinnovabile e Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER), stiamo selezionando un Responsabile Operativo CER, figura chiave per la gestione operativa e regolatoria di un portafoglio multi-CER, con responsabilità di coordinamento, standardizzazione dei processi e supervisione dei flussi economici ed energetici.Principali responsabilitàCoordinamento operativo CERGuidare l'apertura di nuove CER: documentazione, statuti, regole di ripartizione, iter GSE.Definire e mantenere procedure standardizzate per tutte le comunità (contratti, flussi operativi, gestione reclami).Essere il punto di contatto con GSE, distributori, Comuni e partner di progetto.Gestione flussi energetici ed economiciSupervisionare il ciclo mensile dei dati provenienti da GSE e distributori.Validare i risultati di calcolo del software CER (energia condivisa, incentivi, contributi).Predisporre e trasmettere alla contabilità i dati per fatturazione e ripartizione degli incentivi.Governance e gestione della comunità energeticaCoordinare comunicazioni ai membri.Gestire ingressi/uscite, variazioni POD, modifiche contrattuali e richieste informative dei membri.Garantire il corretto rispetto delle normative e delle regole di funzionamento delle CER.Processi e controllo qualitàMonitorare la qualità dei dati elaborati dal gestionale.Assicurare la coerenza delle regole di ripartizione e dei modelli utilizzati.Collaborare con consulenti fiscali/legali per la corretta applicazione del quadro normativo.Requisiti richiestiCompetenze tecnicheConoscenza operativa del quadro regolatorio delle CER (DM 414/2023, regole operative ACC/CER del GSE).Familiarità con i concetti chiave: energia condivisa, tariffa premio, contributi, misure, POD.Comprensione di base del trattamento fiscale degli incentivi (es. principi della risoluzione 37/E 2024).Ottima capacità di utilizzo di gestionali web, CRM, ERP, piattaforme CER.Background idealeLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, Scienze Politiche, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini.Esperienza pregressa in:utility luce & gas,gestione di consorzi/comunità/servizi complessi,project management in ambito energia o PNRR.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un progetto innovativo e strategico nel settore delle Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili.Ruolo centrale nella definizione dei processi operativi e nell'ottimizzazione di una piattaforma multi-CER.Ambiente collaborativo, orientato alla qualità operativa, all'innovazione e alla sostenibilità.Perché unirsi a MEOGROUP?Unirsi a MEOGROUP significa svolgere un ruolo chiave nella nostra espansione nel settore energia e innovazione, contribuendo allo sviluppo di progetti ad alto impatto sul territorio.
