Our Italian Business Development Department is looking for an Agrisolar Project Manager. Reporting to the local managers, the main tasks will include : 1) Support the Neoen development teams in agricultural issues : - Identify and incorporate agricultural needs into the design of future agrivoltaics power plants - Analyze the challenges to help project managers achieve the best design for power plants, considering technical, environmental and landscape factors. - Share best practices for local consultation among property owners, local authorities, and administrations at the identified sites. 2) Take part in the agrivoltaics strategy : - Create specifications for the other project managers (development and construction teams); - Search for new initiatives for future Neoen projects; - Benchmark of competing initiatives in France and abroad; - Identify new design for agrivoltaics power plants.
