Completare, verificare e aggiornare il Work Orders da pianificare, considerando l'urgenza rilevata e le informazioni sul cliente, sulla base installata, l'ambito del lavoro, T&C e ora di esecuzione. Preparare / dare priorità agli interventi in backlog, in base al tipo di cliente, la disponibilità del cliente e la disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio. Pianificare i possibili ordini di lavoro per i successivi mesi, determinando la migliore tempistica possibile nel rispetto delle esigenze del cliente e del team Service. Comunicare proattivamente con i clienti, confermando i dettagli dell'intervento e fornendo le utili informazioni ai Tecnici Service. Monitorare la corretta esecuzione degli interventi mantenendo la qualità dei dati degli ordini di lavoro. Partecipare proattivamente a riunioni regolari con il team sul campo ei project managers costruendo un piano di miglioramento basato sul dashboard settimanale e/o mensile. Comprendere e comunicare il contesto, la natura degli interventi, i termini e le condizioni operative dei Tecnici Service. Comprendere, analizzare e ottimizzare le migliori dinamiche organizzative al fine di massimizzare i benefici per il Cliente e per il team Service. Comunicare proattivamente con i clienti per garantire la loro soddisfazione. Preferibile, non necessario, background tecnico al fine di conoscere i servizi ed i prodotti Schneider. Laurea in Ingegneria. E/o esperienza equivalente (1-2 anni di esperienza). Preferibile conoscenza del business Field Service. Competenza nella applicazione MS Office. Eccellenti capacità analitiche, Quick learner, Buone capacità di parlare in pubblico e di comunicazione. Preferibile esperienza nel customer Care center.
