We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Project Manager Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.
Fluent in English and Italian; CAD drawing & BIM modelling;
Highly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel;
Clear written and verbal communication style.
As Project Manager Trainee at Savills you will support the team members in the following activities: Managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients;
Developing detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and work closely with project team to ensure all documents, photos and cost reports are timely and accurate;
Preparing presentation and update track record;
Undertaking site inspections, progress checks and coordination meeting preparing related reports;
Collaborating and supporting senior members to coordinate with client, architect, engineer, superintendent, inspectors, and subcontractors;
Collaborating with property managers, leasing agents, facility managers to ensure best in class service to the client;
Collecting, organising and checking relevant technical and economic documentation on virtual data rooms.
Creative and flexible in problem solving and solutions submission;
Team player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishing trust and credibility;
Internship contract.
