Gabetti Property Solutions, azienda leader nel settore del Real Estate presente sull'intero territorio nazionale, è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire nell'ufficio Contabilità Generale e Bilancio presso la sede direzionale di Milano.La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo a riporto del Responsabile Contabilità Generale e Bilanci e si occuperà di:Assicurare la corretta redazione di scritture contabili (prima nota, cespiti, ratei e risconti secondo i principi contabili nazionali e IFRS);Predisposizione del bilancio civilistico - con periodicità trimestrale - secondo i principi contabili italiani;Presidio del corretto flusso informativo dal punto di vista amministrativo-contabile tra capogruppo e le società del Gruppo;Coordinamento con la funzione di controllo di gestione e la gestione dei rapporti con la società di revisione esterna;Corretta tenuta dei registri contabili e dei libri obbligatori;Esecuzione degli adempimenti fiscali coordinandosi con i consulenti fiscali interni ed esterni.Laurea in Economia e Commercio o diploma in Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing (ex Ragioneria);Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani;Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di Oracle JD Edwards.Sarai inserito in un gruppo immobiliare italiano storico, strutturato e quotato in Borsa.
