Territory Manager – Italy (Agriculture) To strengthen our position in Italy's agricultural market , we are looking for a Territory Manager with expertise in used agricultural machinery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the agriculture equipment business, a strong existing network, and a hunger to grow. As Territory Manager, you will offer tailored solutions to prospects and customers for selling used agricultural equipment principally by unreserved auction. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using market data and pricing insights to guide clients toward the best disposition strategy—whether through auction but also Marketplace-E (Negotiated Sale), or listing. Your goal-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit will help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships Developing strategic plans to secure potential customers Coordinating with the "Win Team" to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing Deep understanding of agricultural machinery, including valuation, pricing, and condition assessment Existing network in the Italian agricultural sector Fluency in Italian and professional-level English Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Sales commission plan Permanent employment contract Company car, laptop, mobile phone, and expense account You must be able to travel within Italy 2–3 nights per week to cover your territory is a global leader in asset management and disposition, helping customers buy and sell used and unused equipment across a wide range of industries. With over 60 years of experience, we've built a trusted reputation in sectors including agriculture, construction, transportation, mining, oil & gas, lifting & material handling, and forestry. In Italy, we're expanding our presence in the agricultural market—supporting farmers, dealers, and fleet owners with tailored solutions for selling and sourcing used machinery. Whether through auctions, Marketplace-E, or private listings, we provide data-driven insights and multi-channel platforms that deliver results.
