Overview

As a Logistics Analyst, you ensure timely plant logistics, uphold performance targets, and support inventory accuracy and spare parts management. You will drive reporting, process compliance, and cross-site operational efficiency within manufacturing environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage BOMs, PFEP data, and engineering changes, shaping our logistics performance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to impact service levels, data quality, and cost control at scale. You will join a collaborative, process-driven team focused on continuous improvement and reliable execution.

Responsabilità

  • Monitor plant logistics activities to meet timelines and KPIs, escalating issues when needed
  • Plan, prepare, and ship spare parts to achieve service levels
  • Coordinate cycle count activities, analyze discrepancies, support root cause investigations
  • Maintain and update PFEP for accurate material planning data
  • Manage engineering change implementations with BOM updates and inventory alignment
  • Lead BOM Audit activities with cross-functional coordination and corrective actions
  • Analyze and report logistics performance metrics (inventory accuracy, ASNs, stock transfers, service levels)
  • Support financial and operational compliance by managing month-end documentation and resolving discrepancies between invoices and delivery notes

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in logistics, inventory control, or related field
  • Experience with inventory management systems, material planning processes, and cycle count programs
  • Familiarity with BOM, engineering change management, and inventory reconciliation
  • Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
