The team

You will join our Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and other go-to-market teams to build awareness, engage target accounts and contribute to pipeline generation.

You will get hands-on exposure to different areas of B2B growth marketing, from content and paid acquisition to campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, CRM and performance analysis.

Expect structured onboarding, ongoing mentoring and increasing ownership as you grow. You will learn how marketing supports the full go-to-market journey, from understanding a market and reaching the right audience to generating demand and supporting commercial opportunities.

You will work in an environment where AI is part of how we operate every day, helping us research markets, create content, automate workflows, analyze performance and experiment with new ways of working.

The work you’ll do

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web, events and other relevant channels
  • Create and adapt content for campaigns, social media, landing pages, newsletters and customer stories, while supporting thought leadership and sales enablement initiatives
  • Research target markets, companies, buyer profiles and industry trends to uncover insights and growth opportunities
  • Support paid acquisition activities, from campaign setup and audience targeting to performance monitoring and optimization
  • Work with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives designed to engage priority accounts and key stakeholders
  • Help organize and promote industry events, webinars and other customer-facing initiatives
  • Manage marketing lists, CRM data and campaign workflows to improve targeting, follow-up and lead management
  • Monitor campaign performance, test messaging and channels and analyze contribution to pipeline to identify what drives engagement and conversion
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve research, content production, campaign execution and marketing productivity

The skills you bring

  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Management or a related field
  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn ideas and complex topics into engaging content
  • Curiosity about how markets, customers and businesses work
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, metrics and performance indicators
  • A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to move from ideas to execution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple activities and deadlines
  • The ability to learn quickly and become comfortable with new tools, topics and business concept
