It is a law firm exclusively dedicated to the energy transition, green economy, and sustainability sectors, with a strong focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. With a team of over 30 professionals, we are a recognized leader in Italy's renewable energy sector, supporting top multinational energy companies, investment funds, project developers, sponsors and other active investors in the energy industry.
As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you'll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry.
Supporting the M& A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects' related provisions
Drafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues
Conducting legal research
We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with:
Enthusiastic about solving complex legal matters
Advanced English skills
