Descrizione del Ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di un Solution Architect esperto e versatile, capace di colmare il divario tra lo sviluppo applicativo e l'infrastruttura operativa. La figura selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per la definizione delle architetture a microservizi e, parallelamente, sarà responsabile del governo e dell'amministrazione dei cluster Kubernetes. Il candidato ideale non si limita a disegnare soluzioni su stack Helidon e Spring Boot, ma possiede una profonda conoscenza operativa per garantire che tali soluzioni siano sicure, resilienti e portabili su diversi ambienti (On-premise e Cloud). Responsabilità Chiave Architettura e Design Applicativo Integrazione e Portabilità (The "Glue") Amministrazione Kubernetes e Platform Engineering Requisiti Tecnici Linguaggi & Framework: Java (avanzato), Spring Boot, Oracle Helidon. Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (Admin level), Docker. Piattaforme: Cloud/PaaS Esperienza su almeno due tra: VMware Tanzu, OpenShift, OCI. Infrastruttura & Security: Linux Sysadmin, Security Hardening (RBAC, Network Policies), gestione certificati. Servizi Backend: Kafka/RabbitMQ (Messaging), Redis/Hazelcast (Cache), ELK/Prometheus (Observability). Tools & DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, Terraform (plus). Requisiti Preferenziali (Nice to have) Certificazioni Kubernetes (CKA - Certified Kubernetes Administrator o CKAD). Esperienza pregressa nella creazione di Shared Libraries o Archetipi aziendali. Conoscenza dei pattern di integrazione Enterprise. Soft Skills Capacità di visione d'insieme (Big Picture) unita a pragmatismo operativo. Attitudine al Problem Solving in ambienti complessi e distribuiti. Ottime doti comunicative per interagire con i team di sviluppo e operation. Cosa offriamo Sede di lavoro: Napoli.
