La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione amministrativa e operativa a supporto delle funzioni di reception e contabilità. Principali responsabilità Controllo e gestione dei DDT Gestione anomalie documentali e operative Amministrazione cassa contanti e riconciliazioni mensili Gestione ciclo passivo: estrazione, registrazione e archiviazione fatture fornitori Supporto ciclo attivo: verifica prezzi, approvazione alla fatturazione e gestione note di credito/debito Gestione anagrafiche fornitori Interfaccia con fornitori per tematiche amministrative Attività di centralino e accoglienza ingressi Requisiti Esperienza in ambito amministrativo Conoscenza SAP e strumenti informatici (Excel, sistemi gestionali) Capacità di gestione documentale e problem solving Precisione, affidabilità e attitudine al lavoro in team Sede di Lavoro: Vigevano (PV)#J-18808-Ljbffr
