Posizione: Site Manager La figura ricercata gestirà attività operative on-site per progetti industriali e impiantistici, coordinando team, subappaltatori e interfacce con il cliente, garantendo tempi, qualità e sicurezza. ️ Responsabilità principali Coordinare le attività on-site e supervisionare l'avanzamento lavori Assicurare il rispetto degli standard HSE e delle procedure di cantiere Gestire team tecnici, fornitori e subappaltatori garantendo performance ottimali Monitorare planning , milestone, SAL e reportistica tecnica Supportare la gestione di commissioning , testing e start-up degli impianti Interfacciarsi con il cliente per garantire allineamento tecnico e operativo Verificare la conformità tecnica delle attività rispetto al scope of work Analizzare rischi, imprevisti e proporre soluzioni migliorative Requisiti Laurea o diploma tecnico in Ingegneria , Meccanica , Elettrica , Energia , Automazione o simili Esperienza maturata come Site Manager , Site Engineer , Construction Supervisor o ruoli analoghi Conoscenza di impianti industriali, energy, O&G o manufacturing Competenze in project execution , planning, gestione costi e qualità Familiarità con normative HSE e pratiche di cantiere Disponibilità a trasferte e mobilità su tutto il Centro–Sud Italia Ottime doti comunicative, leadership e problem solving Cosa offriamo?
