The opportunity

Huawei Milan Research Center is looking for an Analog RFIC Design Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the study, design and development activities of integrated circuits.
You will work in a fast-paced international team engaged in state of the art research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design of high-performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules, including simulation, design, verification and optimization

Analyze technical requirement specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers

Drive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels

Contribute to feasibility studies, compare different solutions and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team

Required Qualifications

Master degree in Engineering, PhD will be positively evaluated

At least 10 years of experience in analog/RFIC design environment with hands- on design knowledge of complex IC

Experience in Cadence Design Framework and analog/RF design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing

Creative design ability to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance

Proficient working with state-of-the-art technologies - SiGe BiCMOSs, CMOS.

Proven track record of designing high performance complex analog IC designs into volume production

Good communication skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong team working attitude

Fluent in English and availability to travel outside Italy
