SPACE INDUSTRIES is a dynamic and continuously growing company in the aerospace sector, committed to innovation and excellence. We are looking for a Director of Space Business Development to join our team and contribute to this exciting journey.
The Director Business Development will play a key role in expanding our company, working directly with the management team to drive development and growth activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development, preferably in the aerospace sector, and a strong interest in emerging technologies, with a particular focus on small satellites. This individual will work closely with engineering and commercial teams and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new client relationships, and managing the lifecycle of negotiations.
Business Development Strategy: Negotiation Management: Lead negotiations and manage the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to closing.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in the space market, with a particular focus on small satellites and emerging trends.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales support materials, including presentations, documentation, and communication strategies.
Brand Development: Promote the company’s visibility and reputation at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Experience: At least 5‑7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the space sector, with a focus on satellites and emerging technologies.
Languages: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to close contracts and agreements with international clients.
