For our office in Caravaggio, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with immediate effect.

Who we are:

Kahle, as a manufacturer of assembly lines, and ANT, as a provider of IT systems for monitoring and controlling production lines, form a harmonious duo in the implementation of high-end solutions. 14 offices worldwide (North America, Europe, and Asia) provide professional support in every phase of cooperation for companies and local customers.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Italy to support ANT in B2B sales consulting of complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions within the Italian region.

Your tasks:

  • Lead generation in the manufacturing industry
  • Establishing contacts with potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with acquired and existing customers
  • Selling software products (Industry 4.0, MES class) and integration and implementation services for the manufacturing industry
  • Analyzing the needs and expectations of customers
  • Conducting presentations and business meetings
  • Gathering the customer's business requirements and defining the business scope within the presales processes (Smart Calling Methodology)
  • Preparation of offers
  • Supporting marketing activities in the Italian region (website, LinkedIn, SEO)

About you:

  • Degree in IT, engineering, a comparable degree, or training in one of the fields with corresponding further training as a technician
  • High sales competence, at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS) and lead generation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Xing
  • Communication skills and ease in building a relationship with the customer
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Driving license cat. B
