HR MANAGER
Diploma e/o Laurea magistrale in materie umanistiche/psicologiche o economiche;
# Esperienza pregressa in funzioni HR generaliste;
# Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
# Ottimo utilizzo del PC e del pacchetto applicativo Microsoft Office;
# Domicilio limitrofo alla sede aziendale.
Definire e implementare la strategia HR (workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance & development, compensation & benefits);
Presiedere le tematiche lavoristiche: contrattualistica, gestione disciplinare, inquadramenti, orario di lavoro, welfare, sicurezza in collaborazione con HSE, aggiornamento su CCNL e normative;
Supportare il management su organizzazione, change management e cultura aziendale;
Sviluppare piani di formazione e percorsi di crescita;
Monitorare KPI HR e proporre iniziative di miglioramento continuo.

Sede Aziendale : Roma.
Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi : contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, full time, retribuzione e livello di inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza della risorsa scelta.
