As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks or programs, supporting on site at the ASEM HQ (Artegna – Udine, Italy) the HR Manager and providing primary operational (daily) support for our managers and employees.
You will be required to have team participation and interfaces within all areas of Human Resources to provide support for managers and employees.
The HRG will also help expand the HR presence throughout the organization and support culture shifts through targeted programs.
Coordinate payroll‑related documentation and monthly hr data preparation.
Support administrative tasks related to the hr department, such as government‑funded training documents and external suppliers relationships.
Oversee contractors' recruitment and management, ensuring legal and administrative compliance.
Act as on‑site HR contact in Udine, managing entirely the onboarding process for contractors and relationships with the external agencies.
Supporting onboarding activities for all new hires (permanent and temporary) including health & safety compliance and mandatory trainings.
Minimum 3 years’ human resources experience, including direct, hands‑on experience managing employment issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long‑term relationships with employees and managers.
Experience at global matrix organization or software company.
Very good command of English and Italian (written & spoken) and influencing capabilities.
Bachelor’s Degree within Human Resources, Business, or related.
Capability‑ assist colleagues to work through change and support change management processes.
Team orientation and ability to collaborate with other HR members.
