Social network you want to login/join with: Jr Product Manager - Stationary Gas Genset, Casole d'Elsa Client: PRAMAC Location: Casole d'Elsa Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Pramac , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third-largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Jr Product Manager for our Gas Genset solutions in the Power division. PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS As a Junior Product Manager for Gas Genset , you will support the development, launch, and management of our stationary gas solutions. Working closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, and product development activities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Contribute insights and recommendations to help prioritize features, define product requirements, and align product development efforts with business objectives. Assist in Product Development and Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to support product development activities from concept to launch. Assist in defining product features, specifications, and user experience based on market insights and customer feedback. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and contributing to innovative projects. BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably in the energy, technology, or manufacturing industry.
