Posizione: Product Owner Seniority: Esperto (almeno 6 anni di esperienza) Sede: Da Remoto Responsabilità principali Guidare la visione e l'evoluzione del prodotto, collaborando con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Effettuare attività di scouting , benchmark e analisi dei prodotti competitor nel settore manufacturing. Tradurre insight e analisi in una product strategy coerente con gli obiettivi aziendali. Definire roadmap, milestone e priorità del prodotto. Redigere user stories , acceptance criteria e materiali di lavoro tecnici/funzionali. Collaborare con team di sviluppo, design e business per garantire un delivery di qualità. Validare le funzionalità tramite feedback loop continui e analisi dei dati. Assicurare che il prodotto sia allineato alle esigenze del mercato e dei clienti finali. Obbligatori 6+ anni di esperienza comprovata come Product Owner o Product Manager. Background solido nel mondo manufacturing , supply chain o produzione industriale. Esperienza nel confronto competitivo e nello scouting di soluzioni e prodotti affini. Capacità di strutturare processi, definire requisiti e costruire un product backlog efficace. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e leadership cross-funzionale. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia in contesti full remote . Conoscenza della lingua INGLESE.
