As an Accounts Payable at NHOA your primary focus and responsibility will be support on the accounts payable activities within Nhoa organization. You will report to the Head of Accounting and you will be part of the Finance team, collaborating closely with all the departments, in particular the back office functions. Your primary activities will be: Make sure that the documents received meet the internal requirements set for each document type. Match the data on documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.), with the purchase terms and conditions specified in the order/order confirmation, incoming goods or rendered services. Manage communication with suppliers and internal bodies when necessary. Contribute to the correct keeping of suppliers' accounting records. Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities. Coordinate with external consultants to ensure the timely provision of data required for the preparation of local tax compliance reports. Requirements: Excellent command in Italian and English Good knowledge of Spanish Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Good knowledge of Excel Good knowledge of VAT regulations appreciated Knowledge of SAP B-One appreciated Location Hybrid remote and Offices Milan.
