About the Role
Join a global social media project as a Short Video Content Moderator . You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and helps maintain a safe online environment. Your Responsibilities Review videos, images, text and audio content Remove content that violates platform policies Label and classify content Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines Report recurring moderation trends Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases The role involves exposure to sensitive content, including violence, adult content, hate speech, fake news and other potentially disturbing material. Requirements Italian fluency (C1/native) English B2 or higher Good analytical and decision-making skills Flexibility to work rotating shifts Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus Holiday Allowance: €64.67/month Meal Allowance: €154/month (€7 per working day) Accommodation Benefits Fully furnished shared apartment Utilities (water, electricity, gas) Wi-Fi & cable TV included Kitchen and living room access Holiday Allowance: €79.16/month Meal Allowance: €154/month Benefits Health insurance from the first day of employment Meal allowance card Paid training Portuguese employment contract Holiday & Christmas bonuses paid monthly International and multicultural working environment Training Approximately 3 weeks Conducted entirely in English Includes systems, product and moderation training Paid upon successful completion
Working Hours
40 hours per week 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
