Humangest, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale, ricerca per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Hotellerie/Horeca di lusso, un/a F&B Supervisor da inserire nel proprio flagship restaurant e bar presso noto Hotel di Milano La risorsa, riportando alla direzione, si occuperà di:
Avviare progetti di miglioramento per incrementare qualità ed efficienza;
Supervisionare e organizzare le operazioni F&B quotidiane dalla colazione fino al termine del servizio pranzo, inclusi turni del personale, pulizia e standard di servizio;
Guidare i briefing pomeridiani quotidiani con i responsabili di reparto per allinearsi su priorità di servizio e criticità;
Garantire una comunicazione fluida tra i reparti a supporto del corretto flusso operativo;
Condurre sessioni di formazione periodiche per migliorare le performance del team e la qualità del servizio;
Redigere report e aggiornamenti sulle performance da presentare al senior management;
Esperienza comprovata nella gestione F&B in hotel di fascia alta o di lusso;
Conoscenza di budgeting, controllo dei costi e sistemi di gestione dell'inventario;
Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
Passione per l'eccellenza del servizio e il miglioramento continuo.
Offriamo: Inserimento diretto in azienda cliente a tempo indeterminato, con RAL e inquadramento da valutare in base all'esperienza (max 35K) + maggiorazioni lavoro domenicale;
Orario di lavoro: full-time 40h settimanali, su 5 giorni da lunedì alla domenica con 2 di riposo da concordare, con orario di inizio tra le 07:00 e le 10:00;
