MAIN ACTIVITIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support with the Pre production samples management and production launch, including documentation and logistics; Assist in packaging validation to ensure quality standards; Support wear testing activities and prepare evaluation reports; Collect and analyze data on customer claims and returns to identify quality trends; Assist in reviewing QC reports and managing non-conformities with suppliers; Help prepare regular quality feedback reports for internal teams and suppliers; Maintain and update restricted Substances list technical documentation and material data sheets to ensure compliance; Support coordination of supplier audits (social and factory); Assist cross-functional teams with daily quality activities and internal requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency with the Office package (particularly Excel and Power Point); Intelligence, humor, focus on objectives; Practical mentality; Proactivity; Flexibility; Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; Aptitude for problem solving and teamwork. Excellent knowledge of English, another European language will be considered a plus.
