IT Business Partner

OverviewRINA is recruiting for an IT Business Partner - Salesforce to join its Global IT Operations division in Genoa or Rome (Italy). In this role, you will ensure that IT services align with the organization's business needs, manage and prioritize service and project demands, ensure alignment with budget and IT architecture, and maintain GDPR and IT security standards. Collaboration with various departments to design, develop, and implement IT solutions will be essential to deliver top-notch service and user satisfaction.Key AccountabilitiesDemand Management: Collect, analyze, and prioritize service and project requests from business and stakeholders; ensure alignment between demand, budget, and IT application architecture; evaluate technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions, managing conflicts and critical issues.Impact Evaluation: Assess the impact of changes on applications, data, infrastructure, and end users.Collaboration: Work with IT Cloud Infrastructure and IT Architecture teams to ensure application availability and performance; coordinate with IT Security to ensure new applications meet Security by Design requirements; engage with Procurement for tender operations when applicable.Project Management: Manage the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions; define work plans, resources, timelines, and costs for projects, monitoring progress and resolving issues; collaborate with development and project teams to define technical specifications.Communication & Documentation: Manage communication and collaboration among internal and external project stakeholders; draft technical documentation and progress reports; provide training, assistance, and maintenance support for solutions.Maintenance & Support: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of IT applications; provide second and third-level support for application issues, managing service requests beyond IT Service Support's scope; ensure continuity of IT services by managing expectations, risks, and critical issues; update documentation and operating procedures related to applications.Education & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering General or Computer ScienceMaster's Degree3–5 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a similar roleExperience in managing one or more projects involving market-leading ERP or CRM platforms and vertical solutions (e.g., Salesforce Sales and Field Service Management)Knowledge of: Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project); Cloud infrastructure and application architecturesNice to have: ITIL Foundation certification and/or other relevant IT certificationsProficiency in English and Italian at B2 level or higherCompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and others' emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
