We are looking for a Python Developer to perform the following activities: Analysis and definition of the functional and technical requirements of the solution Development of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence solutions for the automatic detection of pantograph anomalies and defects Preparation and analysis of datasets, including AI model training, retraining and tuning where required Development, testing and validation of object detection and image processing algorithms Execution of testing, performance assessment and solution optimization Support for field testing and V&V activities in collaboration with technical teams and the Customer Management of code and Continuous Integration, automated testing and deployment activities Experience and competencies Experience in Python and in developing AI-based solutions Experience in computer vision and image recognition, with particular reference to libraries such as OpenCV Experience in managing and analysing datasets Knowledge of C/C++ Experience in developing for electronic boards / embedded systems Tasks relating to pantograph monitoring Languages: ~ English (fluent, oral and written) Because Scalian is a group of specialists, carrying an ambitious development project, focused on innovation and committed to its customers where you can: Learn by the quality of the projects on which you will intervene, in your specialty, and thanks to the large training catalog delivered by our internal Academy Have an attractive social framework that respects everyone's needs (telework agreement, crèches, social coverage, flexibility, soft mobility, etc.) Contribute to R&D topics or participate in internal projects
