Job Description Your Challenge Develop and market products used in various markets and applications globally. Improve planet life and help customers solve water and fluid challenges. Support start-up, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production means. Track performance of production equipment and make necessary adjustments. Provide improvement solutions to Project Engineering. Participate in start-of-production phase. Conduct technical training and ensure relevant norms and standards are met. Support production in troubleshooting. Your Profile Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Experience: 8+ years in manufacturing industry. Required Skills: Knowledge in ISO application and requirements. Experience in mass production and Lean Principles. Engineering experience in water/wastewater plants. Basic CAD knowledge (solidworks). Experience in extrusion, machining, and injection molding. Preferred Skills: Total Quality Management and HSE requirements. Applying TPM methods and familiarity with RO membranes.
