Join to apply for the GLOBAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER role at PRAXI . Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the role oversees group accounting activities and their compliance across seven international entities. Oversee accounting and compliance across 7 countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Australia, New Zealand), ensuring full compliance with local tax and statutory requirements; Supervise accounting and compliance operations directly in France, Italy, USA, and Germany, and progressively extend support to Spain, Australia, and New Zealand; Manage standard costing and transfer pricing , ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision‐making; Drive internal and external audit processes, with a focus on timely resolution of audit issues; Act as a key governance partner, responsible for data protection (DPC) , anti‐bribery compliance (ABC) , legal documentation, and policy harmonization across the group. Qualified accountant with proven extensive experience in manufacturing multinational companies within the B2B industrial sector; Skilled in managing operations across multiple countries simultaneously; Experience of operating in a strong control environment and of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Expertise on Italian GAAP and ways of working; Fluent in English and Italian. Nice to have Experience in ERP Implementation situation (the role will not be Key User but will be laterally involved in this project); Specific degree in Business Administration and Finance, or related fields.
