Overview

In this role you support the Group Chief Compliance Officer to steer and coordinate compliance activities across Group entities. You will help implement group-wide regulations, identify gaps, and define corrective actions, while engaging senior management of local entities. You'll work in a multicultural, international setting and contribute to a responsible, sustainable growth agenda. The position offers exposure to governance, reporting, and cross‐functional collaboration within Generali's Group Compliance function.

Responsabilità

  • Drive timely, effective deployment of Group-wide compliance rules across Legal Entities
  • Identify misalignments and define corrective actions with cross-functional input
  • Maintain regular interaction with senior management (CEOs, Regional CEOs) and provide compliant recommendations
  • Support executive reporting and management information for the group
  • Coordinate with international teams on challenging projects with time/delivery pressures

Requisiti fondamentali

  • At least 6 years of experience in insurance/financial services
  • Experience on international, time- and delivery-challenging projects
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to manage databases and information synthesis
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong experience in executive reporting
  • Proficient English; Spanish/Portuguese/German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
