Join us as a  Marketing Manager - Merchant & Partners

What you will be doing
As part of the Consumer marketing team based in Milan, you’ll report to the Head of Consumer Marketing and you’ll partner closely with key Satispay’s Marketing & Growth functions (performance, brand, CRM), Data, Business Development, and Partnership teams. You will be responsible for cracking the growth of Satispay’s consumer base by leveraging Satispay merchant base and partnerships (B2B2C)

Namely, you will: 

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to recruit new users through our 300.000+ current merchants base (merchant-to-consumer approach)
  • Ideate and execute a partnership strategy with the sole purpose of increasing consumer acquisition
  • Support business development and partnership teams and execute partner marketing campaigns, in line with the company's consumer acquisition strategy
  • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for new opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Proactively ideate and propose new approaches for compelling customer acquisition activities through merchants and partners
  • Prioritise objectives, align with the company’s OKRs, and leverage key insights to drive growth

You have:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a B2B2C marketplace is a plus
  • Past track record of managing business development and partnership team relations
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to translate numbers into marketing actions thanks to analytical skills and pragmatic approach
  • Excellent project management with an obsession for details and a genuine curiosity towards innovative and creative solutions
  • Excellent structure, very good prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team 
  • Team player attitude in any situation
  • Raise after-failure attitude: when a test fails, you learn from your mistakes and move on to the next challenge, enriched by your past experience
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus

  • Able to bring energy, curiosity, and optimism to the team and role
  • An excellent communicator: your partners and team members have always clear what they have to do and why
  • Strongly and genuinely passionate about working in a growing team

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan. 

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available.
