Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Address customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM for sales activities. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback for product development. Lead and mentor sales team members, set performance expectations, and promote a high-performance culture. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations. Some work experience with an understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
