Senior SharePoint Specialist (m/f/x) Location: Laives (BZ) Division: Automotive We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Specialist who will operate within the global SharePoint competence center and will be responsible for implementing and customizing SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Project Online/Planner solutions for the Röchling Automotive division. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions based on SharePoint (Online/On-Prem if applicable), Power Platform and Project Online (PWA).
  • Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose scalable architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem, limited to the apps in their responsibility area.
  • Build and maintain Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and integrations, Dataverse data model, Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Configure and enhance Project Online and support the migration to MS Planner Premium.
  • Develop customizations and integrations using modern development practices (APIs, scripting, automation, extensions).
  • Own and support project activities: planning, scope management, risk/issue tracking, status reporting, steering updates, and delivery governance.
  • Manage relationships with external partners/vendors: coordination, alignment on deliverables, review of technical outputs, and quality control.
  • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption support (training materials, user guides, workshops).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to structure workstreams, manage timelines, dependencies, and communicate clearly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including external partner coordination.
  • Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience delivering projects in SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online / Modern experience), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Dataverse is a plus), Project Online / Project Server (PWA configuration and/or functional/technical consulting).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts: identity, permissions, governance, collaboration patterns, and lifecycle management.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Remuneration Gross annual salary starting from €50,000.00, up to market‐aligned adjustments based on skills, experience, and strategic needs.
