Per il nostro Atelier di Zola Predosa (BO) siamo alla ricerca di un Logistics Specialist.

Corrispondi a questo profilo?

  • Diploma di Ragioneria/Laurea in Economia;
  • Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza in ambito logistico;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PPT, Word...) e di SAP S/4HANA;
  • Capacità di stabilire priorità, e di rispettare le scadenze;
  • Attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese (scritto e parlato).
  • Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione;
  • Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo;
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione;
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità a un ambiente fortemente dinamico.

Se sì, candidati per questa posizione

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestione delle spedizioni in entrata e in uscita, incluso il canale e-commerce;
  • Emissione fatture, in coordinamento con il dipartimento commerciale;
  • Preparazione della documentazione di spedizione;
  • Movimentazione della merce a sistema, ricercando e intervenendo su eventuali discrepanze di
  • consegna e fatturazione;
  • Disbrigo delle formalità burocratiche di competenza del reparto;
  • Supporto nelle attività inventariali, e ricerche fisiche dei prodotti mancanti;
  • Individuazione e implementazione di possibili migliorie di processo;
  • Supporto in qualsiasi attività assegnata ad hoc.
