<p><b> Job Summary </b></p><p></p><p> The Student & Academic Services and Librarian Junior, under the coordination of the Student & Academic Services Supervisor, has the task of managing the class timetable and bureaucratic activities during the entire academic year. He/She will be responsable in scheduling lessons, exams and other academic activities and support the Supervisor in managing relationship with teachers and other school departments. </p><p> The person will assist in technological implementations, in agreement with HQ, aimed at the academic process and will ensure a proper management of the School Library by taking care of all activities necessary to provide high quality service to students and tutors. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Purpose of the Job </b></p><p></p><p> Courses Planning: </p><p></p><ul><li> manage the correct filling of the Teaching Assignment and the correct scheduling of all courses </li><li> prepare the course timetable and assure the delivery of the scheduling to teachers and students </li><li> support in spaces management for events in order to optimize the educational program </li><li> plan exams calendar </li><li> build the structure needed for databases and their implementation </li><li> check the correct information flow for regional and ministerial institutions </li></ul><p></p><p> Faculty and PL Support: </p><p></p><ul><li> manage the relations with academic area’s representatives (teachers, program leaders) for all educational activities: lessons’ timetable, registrations, trips planning, exams, marks’ publication </li></ul><p></p><p> ICT - Academic Development: </p><p></p><ul><li> support in consultation with HQ in technology implementations inherent to academic activities and monitors their actual implementation in school </li><li> suggest possible improvements and development projects aimed at making academic services more usable </li></ul><p></p><p> Library: </p><p></p><ul><li> manage the Library by taking care of the volumes and materials for educational research by sticking to the planned annual budget and creating a monthly report for the Director of </li></ul><p> Education </p><ul><li> maintain up-to-date technical software and magazine (online research platform, online </li><li> cataloging….) by analyzing over the year the degree of usage </li><li> support students in research by suggesting the material available and the appropriate research method </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Skills and Education </b></p><p></p><ul><li>1⁄2 year of experience in Academic/Education environment </li><li> Office suit proficiency, in particular Excel </li><li> English proficiency </li><li> Precise and organized person </li><li> Team player </li><li> Flexibility and availability to work in shift rotations </li></ul><p></p>
