AccountabilitiesDevelop, integrate, and document electric design using computer-aided engineering tools.Able to size electrical lines with optimization of equipment cabling to reduce assemblying time.Definition of the conceptual solution and architecture of the Electrical System, based on the requirements and vehicle configuration.Verification and traceability of requirements using DOORS.Support to purchasing department during the procurement phase of materials and subsystems.Support to industrial engineering and production department during the vehicle assembling phase.Support to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and customers throughout the product life cycle handled in Global Product Lifecycle Management (GPLM).Required Skills/KnowledgeProven electrical design experience in electro-mechanical industries (preferred Railway Domain).Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical Engineering.Excellent readiness of Electrical schematic and drawings.Knowledge of computer-aided electrical engineering tools. E3 series Zuken is preferable, but knowledge of See Electrical Expert is also acceptable.Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio, Access).Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.Italian mother tongue is mandatory; English language knowledge (multi-cultural environment).Ability to manage and plan the assigned tasks independently and in a team.Ability to analyze business requirements, problem-solving attitude and business process analysis.Planning and organization. Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.Education/QualificationsDegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.LanguagesGood knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
