The Recruitment process is managed by Key2 People, a partner of NEXTCHEM.
HR Junior
To manage all the recruitment process, defining skills for new positions with relevant functions, according to the Labour Budget;
To cooperate with Personnel Administration for payroll operations and proper updates;
A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a plus;
1/2 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position;
cross cultural awareness;
fluent English, spoken and written;
strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
