YOUR FOCUS Siamo alla ricerca di un Hybrid Infrastructure Architect responsabile dello sviluppo e implementazione delle architetture di sistemi di un nostro cliente del settore Automotive. In particolare, dovrà supportare la migrazione dell'infrastruttura verso il Cloud e identificare le migliori soluzioni di architettura per soddisfare con successo le esigenze strategiche dei progetti che gestirai.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Creare e integrare i sistemi informativi per soddisfare le esigenze dell'azienda. Valutare l'architettura dei sistemi attualmente in uso e collaborare con il personale tecnico per raccomandare soluzioni per migliorarla. Risolvere i problemi tecnici che si presentano. Fornire supervisione e guida ai team di sviluppo. Ricerca continua di tecnologie attuali ed emergenti e proposta di modifiche ove necessario. Informare i vari stakeholder di eventuali problemi con le soluzioni tecniche in corso di implementazione. Valutare l'impatto commerciale di determinate scelte tecniche. Fornire aggiornamenti alle parti interessate sui processi di sviluppo del prodotto, sui costi e sui budget.
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma e / o Laurea in informatica, ingegneria del software, scienze informatiche o campi correlati. Esperienza di 5-7+ anni nella progettazione, esecuzione e supporto di soluzioni cloud IT. Esperienza in sistemi di Infrastructure Automation (Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, etc).
HARD SKILLS: Conoscenza di architetture infrastrutturali cloud ed on-prem; capacità di gestire e supportare architetture in ambito enterprise on-prem, cloud, ibride;
competenza in almeno due OS server; competenza su soluzioni di orchestrazione a automazione infrastrutturale; competenza in soluzioni per la protezione dei dati;
competenza in soluzioni storage NAS / SAN; uso di strumenti di ticketing e monitoraggio. È mandatoria la conoscenza approfondita delle seguenti tecnologie: VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon e Horizon Cloud, Microsoft Windows Server, Veeam Backup & Replication, Veritas Backup, Hardware HPE e DELL: installazione fisica e configurazione di base (iLO / iDRAC, aggiornamento firmware, raid, etc).
Nice to have: Oracle RHELSoluzioni Backup e DR (Zert0, Rubrik, etc.) Orchestration e automation, infrastructure as code.
SOFT SKILLS: Capacità di imparare velocemente e adattarsi facilmente ai cambiamenti; buone doti di leadership per affrontare le sfide più difficili;
ottime capacità di influenza e di problem solving; un vero team player altamente motivato, collaborativo, flessibile, responsabile ed efficiente;
ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali. Completano il profilo capacità analitiche e organizzativa, gestione delle priorità, nonché una ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.
