Flutter, the world's largest online sports betting and iGaming group listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is home to the Southern Europe & Africa (SEA) region, featuring iconic brands like Sisal and PokerStars, a globally loved brand that embodies innovation and ambition, with significant growth potential in a dynamic market.**Overview of the role:**You will work in Test Factory as a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for a team that primarily handles functional testing.You will be responsible for all activities within the scope of the Rome Test Factory, where you will need to manage direct reports, resources, and projects, as well as monitor quality KPIs, providing daily reports to management.**What you'll do:**As Test Factory Manager, you will lead the QA & Testing organization across the SEA region, defining and executing the overall quality vision, governance framework, and test strategy to support complex technology initiatives.
