JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER
The Junior Industrial Controller will support the Finance and Operations teams in monitoring production costs, operational performance and industrial efficiency.
The role will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and Accounting, contributing to cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities.
Support the analysis and monitoring of production costs, standard costs and actual costs.
Assist in preparing monthly industrial reports and performance analyses.
Monitor variances related to materials, labour, production efficiency and overhead costs.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the industrial area.
Analyse inventories, stock movements, slow-moving items and obsolete materials.
Contribute to the calculation and updating of product costs and standard costs.
Support the preparation of profitability analyses by product, project or business line.
Monitor key industrial KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, scrap, absorption and inventory levels.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Procurement to collect and validate operational data.
Support month-end closing activities related to industrial accounting.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for management.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within ERP and reporting systems.
Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in controlling, industrial accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems and business intelligence tools is considered an advantage.
Good English.
Strong interest in industrial and production processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Accuracy and timeliness of industrial reports.
Quality of cost and variance analyses.
Reliability of product costing and inventory data.
