Site Manager

L'azienda cliente è una multinazionale danese leader nel settore dei servizi integrati di Facility in oltre settanta Paesi in tutto il mondo, presente in Italia con oltre 1.000 dipendenti.

Attualmente stiamo ricercando un Site Manager per un nostro Cliente sito a Casirate D'Adda. Il Site Manager, a riporto del Key Account Manager, costituirà l'interfaccia principale con il cliente per i servizi a lui affidati e dovrà garantire la qualità del servizio nel rispetto degli SLA definiti contrattualmente, delle policies di Gruppo e delle procedure del cliente.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestione e coordinamento delle persone dedicate ai servizi SOFT e/o HARD;
  • Analisi dei costi e delle attività svolte, monitoraggio e rispetto del budget economico della commessa;
  • Supporto al Key Account Manager nella gestione ed erogazione dei servizi (principalmente cleaning, manutenzioni, movimentazione rifiuti, reception);
  • Supporto al Key Account Manager nell'identificazione delle esigenze del cliente e delle opportunità di sviluppo nell'area di competenza, nonché definizione di soluzioni risolutive in caso di problematiche legate al servizio;
  • Supporto al Key Account Manager nella gestione delle relazioni con la struttura Global;
  • Costante valutazione e monitoraggio del servizio e misurazione delle performance mediante KPIs.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o Laurea
  • Preferibile esperienza in analogo ruolo di 2 – 3 anni nel settore del Facility Management;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2);
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e doti relazionali;
  • Propensione al problem solving;
  • Capacità di team working.
