Position We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment.

What You'll Do
* Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs
* Analyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, T&Cs, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions)
* Support negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines
* Manage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases
* Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly
* Monitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization
* Define and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues
* Maintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals
* Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a safe working environment Requirements What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 4 years of experience in Procurement
* Experience in engineering, energy, or EPC/project-based environments
* Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong accountability
* Availability to travel up to 30% of the time (company sites and suppliers) Nice to have
* Exposure to international suppliers and complex procurement processes
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Location and Travel

Location:
Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
