YOUR ROLE

Manage planned manufacturing process/product changes and unplanned quality issues/excursions involving MEMS products sold in package over their lifetime, ensuring a global uniform quality level. Monitor and benchmark involved ST and outsourced manufacturing plants, ensuring cross-fertilization processes and promoting best practices.

  • Overview the quality of the changes related to package, assembly, and test.
  • Manage the non-conform lots at final test.
  • Track the quality indicators of back-end production plants.
  • Eradicate issues generated at back end with focus on problems affecting customers.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure that solutions adopted in back-end production embed the quality requirements.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Quality-oriented mindset.
  • Graduate in engineering, physics, or a related scientific field.
  • Scholar competence in microchip package, assembly process, and final test program methodologies.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
