Our valued client is a solid multinational company with over 8,000 employees worldwide, a leader in its sector, known for the production and sale of durable machinery, instrumental devices and related spare parts, with more than 8,000 employees and a turnover exceeding 1 billion. Location: Northwest Milan (1day of remote work per week)
Indicative package:€65,000/€75,000 + MBO + company car
The Aftersales & ServiceManager will develop & execute the Service business while being responsiblefor the Profit Center and all its resources.
- Responsible for the Aftersales & Serviceactivities of the company in the Italian market
- Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projectsin the company
- Support to branches
- Monitor turnover of Service and sparepart sales
- Control of internal costs andwarranties
- Pricing of service contracts
Minimum of 6 years of relevantprofessional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technicaldepartment
- Expertise in rentals and maintenancecontracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)
- Prior work experience in teammanagement
- Must have ability to train andmotivate proving very good with communicational skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering oreconomies
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM system
- Advanced in English oral and written
